Step 1
Wash the chicken pieces and pound them lightly. Do not use too much force as this may break the pieces into a mash.

Create a marinate with all the spices and lime juice. Rub it carefully over every chicken piece to cover all of it equally.
Let the marinated chicken sit for 60 minutes. -
Step 3
Preheat your grill to high. Make sure it is very hot. Take the chicken pieces and grill them on each side until cooked.
How to serve the dish

Transfer the chicken pieces on a large serving dish. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro on the chicken. You may choose to serve it with couscous and a dipping sauce of your choice.
